Actually drinking coffee

So I've noticed the name of this board. And I gotta say, I'm a big fan of the bean myself. I think the best coffee I've had is a coffee called Café Feminino. It used to be available at Trader Joe's but has since been discontinued. It's got an interesting backstory, though. www.cafefeminino.com

My second favorite coffee is Peaberry and then Sumatra. Both of these have that rich earthy flavor, almost chocolaty. I love that. I like medium dark roasts as well.

Anyone else here a big fan of the caffeine rich breaktime drink? Preferences?

I LOVE coffee!My Grandmother use to give me a small cup with my breakfast.Yes my Mom knew and was okay with it-we drank sweet tea with every meal,so coffee was no different.Anyway,I like hot coffee but never finish a cup because I have a hot flash before it's done and them I'm too hot to add more heat to things with a hot drink.

That doesn't get in my way.I LOVE iced coffee,coffee enhanced ice cream AND I always add some thrice brewed coffee to my chocolate recipes.My favorite frosting is just Nutella thinned with some coffee and a bit of powdered sugar.

I like smooth blends that aren't too dark roasted-like breakfast blends.However,if I need a serious boost I go for darker roasts.I also like "flavored" beans-usually with chocolate.I haven't explored enough brand-wise to develop a need for a specific brand-yet.
