This thread if for all and any ideas,questions,opinions and the like for the "book".

What we know so far is:

-I'll be serving as the central location for all things to be mailed to me.I'll put it all together from here and send it to it's final destination.

As I mentioned before,not only is it a great idea to send your cards,letters,etc. along but send decor for your part of the book.I think something to show where you are from would be especially cool.

So,this isn't in code...yet lol

hahahaha! Great! Awesome but, are you sure that Michael is not going to read this?
I'm going to think about the decor or design for the book and I'll give some ideas later meanwhile: How much can we send? I mean, how many pages or cards?.

I LOVE having a computer geek in the house.He has suggested inexpensive ways to use the Mac to create a book that will look professional to the hilt,while incorporating everyone's contributions.I could hug my Mac right now!This is going to kick *.

As for a deadline I say...hmm what about one week from today?The 16 I believe that is.That's plenty of time to spread the word via boards and Twitter (yeah that's REALLY be in code).Close to tax time deadline but WAY more fun.

I thought we were putting the cd-booklet together on the computer? Maybe I got mixed up, wouldn't be uncommon for me, but just wanted to make sure...

Send whatever you like that will fit into a book.Are there ways I can make it even better using my Mac?Sure.But like I said-send letters,cards,postacards,ribbon,stickers.trinkets,things that are part of you and your home.It doesn't have to be super-flat just flat enough.

When I was a chemo card Angel we did these things.You'd be shocked what can fit in a card!I sen magnets,pins,amusing comics,even a birthday kit.I forget all of it but there was a bit of confetti,a candle,a piece of candy and a small gift.If it fit into an envelope or pouch I sent it!

I guess my point is to think outside the box when you get your bits together.On that note-what are you guys thinking of writing?I'm kinda shy about this,so I have NO idea.I mean,music is where I come out but I am VERY shy otherwise.

It is amazing what can be added to a letter to fit into the book and its a great way to send him some love after all the enjoyment he gives us. I mean I want to hug him just for finding my friends here through him!
